Opportunity Overview
The Peace Committee of the Republic of Somaliland is offering an exciting internship opportunity for young graduates or students interested in community development and peacebuilding. Interns will gain hands-on experience supporting reconciliation programs, public outreach, and conflict resolution activities.
Key Responsibilities

Assist in organizing community dialogues and workshops.

Support research, documentation, and reporting of peace initiatives.

Work with regional offices to monitor ongoing reconciliation efforts.

Assist in social media updates and digital engagement campaigns.
Eligibility Requirements

Recent graduate or current university student in Peace Studies, Political Science, Sociology, or a related field.

Strong communication and writing skills in both Somali and English.

A passion for community service and peacebuilding.

Basic computer and social media skills.
